What is Overpopulation ?

Overpopulation is a generally undesirable condition where an organism's numbers exceed the carrying capacity of its habitat. The term often refers to the relationship between the human population and its environment, the Earth. Over the third century the number of human beings had increased tremendously and it raised many concerns among high level officials that the earth's resources may not able to sustain the human basis of life.

However, overpopulation may not only occurred on human being but can also happen on other living organisms such as plants, animals and even microorganism. This briefly described the definition of overpopulation and its relationship between living organism especially human beings and the planet earth.
